Restoration Project Manager
At Paul Davis, we help property owners put their lives together after traumatic event. If you like helping others and would enjoy the reward of knowing that you helped someone rebuild their home, come join our team.
Restoration Project Managers work with owners and insurance adjusters after events such as fire or flood to clean up and repair damage to residential and commercial property. As a Restoration Project manager, you will supervise the renovation, as well as manage the cost of the project. This means you will spend a good deal of time in the field.
We are looking for individuals with a history of performance and exceeding goals and who are comfortable being compensated with a bonus plan based on results. If you are self-motivated, and like your paycheck to depend on your ability to produce, this job is for you.
The ideal Restoration Project Manager is:

Construction project management experience is preferred, but not necessary.
Base salary based upon experience will range from $40-$60k. Monthly bonus based on performance against goals. No travel outside of Northeast Florida. Monthly vehicle allowance and benefits including health insurance and 401K offered. No limit to earning potential.

Our Estimators are responsible for developing relationships with insurance carriers and attribute much of their success on their ability to develop strong business contacts. They have an excellent ability to communicate with various stakeholders such as customers, insurance agents, adjusters, and team members. Estimators often work with our customers in very difficult situations and regularly in less than ideal conditions. Other responsibilities include writing detailed and accurate estimates for potential projects, sketching and scoping losses to expedite legal documentation for the restoration process and remaining in communication with the assigned project manager to ensure a successful completion of the projects.
The Apprenticeship Program is designed for 2- or 4-year college graduates, or members of the US Armed Forces who have received a favorable discharge. The 2-year program will prepare candidates for advancement within the company by providing hands-on experience in the field including disaster response, emergency mitigation services, water extraction, structural drying and demolition using IICRC standards. Apprentices will be required to successfully complete training and obtain IICRC certifications.
The program accepts individuals with a strong desire to excel and who are seen as leaders in their field and those who successfully complete the program may advance in the Paul Davis organization into roles such as project management, construction estimating, or operational management.
The Mitigation Technician is an integral part of the Emergency Services Division. The technician is responsible for water, mold and/or fire mitigation services which can include water extraction, structural drying, emergency securing of property, fire mitigation cleaning, content cleaning and more.
Our successful technicians have a passion for creating calm out of chaos and can work in difficult and less than ideal conditions. Training is provided, encouraged and rewarded.
The Carpenter is responsible for performing various trades work (finish & rough carpentry – drywall, painting, roofing, siding, vinyl floor install, etc.) to help in completing project(s) on schedule, deliver quality workmanship, meet job deadline, and deliver exceptional customer service.
Qualified candidates should be confident, self-motivated, organized, detail oriented, and work well independently. This is a full-time position paid hourly with overtime. Compensation plan includes health insurance and paid time off and use of company vehicle.
