Paul Davis names key staff in northeast Florida

Jacksonville, Fla. – April 28, 2016 – Mike and Marguerite Mumford, owners of Paul Davis Restoration of North Florida have named the following new staff members to serve customers in northeast Florida.

Christopher Thomas is the company’s Emergency Recovery Coordinator. He received formal certification from the Paul Davis training center in Jacksonville and provides aid to property owners and supports local first responder’s efforts during times of disasters. He is also certified by the U.S. Department of Homeland Security Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) to operate efficiently and in a management capacity during incidents and events within the government agency’s Incident Command System (ICS). He is also trained and certified through FEMA in all government, private-sector, and nongovernmental organization protocol in working together with agencies during domestic incidents.

Libba McKinney has been named marketing manager for the firm. She is responsible for web -based and mobile customer outreach along with expanding strategies to include advertising and promotional platforms in the digital field. She will share Paul Davis’ emergency mitigation, restoration and remodeling services with insurance agents, adjusters and property owners, along with property and community association managers. She will also be responsible for coordinating continuing education (CE) classes in northeast Florida.

Keith Nagy and Eddie Gonzalez have been hired as project managers. They are responsible for estimating and overseeing jobs in residential and commercial restoration and remodeling, clean up and reconstruction of property damage from water, fire, smoke, vandalism, and mold insurance claim losses. They also work in the company’s emergency services division which provides property owners with 24 hour assistance.

Johnny Brown has been promoted from lead technician to lead carpenter. Brown will be responsible for building and repairing wood and a myriad of other materials along with structural items in residential and commercial structures, to name a few.
